Pennsylvania State Disciplinary Actions

Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission, Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons Release Disciplinary Actions
    HARRISBURG, Pa., Dec. 13 -- Commonwealth Secretary Kim
Pizzingrilli and Commissioner of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational
Affairs Dorothy Childress today announced 41 disciplinary actions taken by the
Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission and the State Board of Vehicle
Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons between July 1 and Sept. 30.
    Actions were taken against individuals or firms in the following counties:
Allegheny (two actions); Beaver (one action); Berks (one action); Bucks (four
actions); Cambria (one action); Clearfield (two actions); Crawford (one
action); Dauphin (three actions); Delaware (two actions); Franklin (three
actions); Fulton (one action); Lancaster (one action); Lehigh (one action);
Luzerne (one action); Mercer (two actions); Monroe (two actions); Montgomery
(one action); Perry (one action); Philadelphia (one action); Pike (one
action); Snyder (four actions); and Washington (one action).  Four actions
involved a Pennsylvania license with an out-of-state address.
