relevant information and eventually participate in some level of "e" commerce
with our customers."
Golden Dome Media, a for-profit division of the University of Notre Dame,
produced the site.
Founded in 1907, National-Standard is a Niles, Michigan based firm with

company's participation in e-commerce. The Company's future use of the web
site and its level of e-commerce participation is subject to risks and
uncertainties, including, but not limited to, continued availability of an
Internet infrastructure, customer response to Internet based e-commerce and
government regulation of e-commerce. Should any one or more of these risks or
uncertainties materialize, actual use of the web site may vary materially.
The Company does not intend to update these forward-looking statements.
