HOUSTON--Dec. 10, 1999--MDEChem Inc. (OTCBB:MCMH), through its president and CEO Frank DeFalco, announced today it has agreed in principle to be represented to the financial community by Loyd Financial Consulting of Houston. Pending board approval, Loyd Financial will provide investor relations services including, but not limited to, writing and distributing research reports, issuing buy recommendations through Loyd's subscriber-based financial report, Investors' Alert, and providing consulting advice in the areas of marketing, accounting, and financial matters.
