Onyx Acceptance Relocates Atlanta Auto Finance Center As Its Dealer-Customer Base Increases Notably
        - Center Achieves Double-Digit Growth In Its First Two Years -

    FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., and ALPHARETTA, Ga., Dec. 10 -- Onyx
Acceptance Corporation , recently named by Individual Investor
magazine as one of the country's fastest growing companies, announced today
that it has relocated its Auto Finance Center (Center) -- in the Metropolitan
Atlanta city of Alpharetta, Georgia -- to a facility with double the capacity.
The move was made to accommodate staff and technology as the Center achieved a
98% increase, for the most recent 12-months, in its customer base of auto
dealers in the Atlanta Auto Finance Market.  The original Atlanta Center
opened on January 1, 1998, with six teams and a staff of 21 housed in a
3,500 square foot facility.  Two years later, the new Center, a 7,500 square
foot facility, is home to a staff of 40, including 12 dealer and credit
manager teams.  The new Center is located at 3650 Mansell Rd., Suite 125,
Alpharetta, GA, 30022.

Market, the Atlanta Center also services dealers in Alabama, Tennessee and
