Unique Mobility, Inc. Achieves ISO 9002 Quality Management Registration at its Unique Power Products, Inc. Motor Manufacturing OperationGOLDEN, Colo., Dec. 9 -- Unique Mobility, Inc. (Amex: UQM) announced today that the quality management system for its motor manufacturing subsidiary, Unique Power Products, Inc., has been certified compliant with the international quality standard ISO 9002. The audit and registration was performed by Bureau Veritas Quality International. ISO registration signifies that a Company's quality management system meets a series of criteria and that its manufacturing procedures are documented and consistently followed. Fred Davis, Unique Power Products Manager of Motor Manufacturing, said, "This achievement is a direct result of the entire organization working together. The attainment of ISO 9002 registration is an important step in becoming a world class supplier of products to our customers. More importantly, the achievement demonstrates that Unique Power Products has a recognized quality management system in place which will be a springboard for continual improvement of processes, products and people."
