Kenwick Industries Inc. Files a Form 10-SB Registration Statement With the Securities and Exchange Commission

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Dec. 7, 1999--Kenwick Industries Inc. (OTCBB:KWIN), a multi-industry corporation whose core business is automobile sales and financing and the management of language programs with distribution to institutions and consumers, today announced that on Nov. 18, 1999 it filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), pursuant to which it seeks to register its publicly traded common stock under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 while also creating an ongoing obligation to make periodic filings with the SEC.
    The Form 10-SB is to be reviewed by the SEC, and upon satisfaction of any SEC comments through the filing by the company of appropriate amendments, the Form 10-SB registration would be effective at some future date.
