Ken will lead the Company's financial planning and analysis function at the Company's global headquarters in Troy, Michigan. He will report directly to Collins & Aikman's Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Rajesh K. Shah. His group will work closely with divisional finance and operations departments in areas such as capital expenditure evaluation, budgeting and long range planning. In making the announcement Shah said, "Ken's broad financial experience in manufacturing finance will be key to optimizing our global restructuring initiatives and maximizing our aggressive operational performance targets." Perhaps most importantly of all, his experience in the successful turnaround of Case Corporation will be extremely beneficial to Collins & Aikman." Arndorfer was with Case Corporation for 21 years prior to joining Collins & Aikman. He held progressively responsible positions in finance, operations and business planning. Arndorfer holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin.
