IRL: March Indy to Return to Racing in the New Millennium

2 December 1999

March Indy (OTC Bulletin Board: INDQ) to Return to Racing in the New Millennium
NEW YORK, Dec. 2 -- Thomas Megas, President and CEO of MARCH
INDY INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: INDQ), announces MARCH'S
intended return to racing. MARCH, one of auto racing's most famous and
successful teams, has now formed its IRL Racing Team. MARCH's first race in
2000 is scheduled to be in Las Vegas during the Easter Holiday, followed 30
days later with the team's return to the INDIANAPOLIS "500", the scene of
MARCH and Robin Herd's greatest victories.
ROBIN HERD, MARCH's Technical Director and MIKE EARLE, a former formula 1
Team owner, as reported in "AUTOCAR" November 24, 1999 are concluding
high-level sponsorship negotiations for MARCH's Formula 1 Racing Program.
MARCH is in negotiations with its racing and management team which, when
signed, will consist of several top names in motorsports; an announcement to
this effect is planned within the next ten days.
These recent developments coincide with MARCH's plans to conclude
agreements with industry leaders in the fields of corporate identity i.e.,
licensing, branding image, merchandising and marketing. MARCH is currently
negotiating with several candidates as strategic partners in its web and
e-commerce development. The nature of MARCH's future business, in addition to
winning races, is to gain a merchandising and marketing presence in the
$27 billion dollar plus sponsorship and marketing arena.
One of America's premier sports event marketing firms is currently working
closely with the MARCH team and is in the Pole position to capture the
contract for MARCH's trackside and marketing programs.
