LMS and Honda Agree to a Multi-Year Technological Relationship

    LEUVEN, Belgium--Dec. 1, 1999--Honda R&D Co., Tochigi, Japan and LMS International have announced the mutual agreement of a multi-year technological relationship in the area of future NVH, durability, and motion simulation activities. In the short term, LMS will supply Honda R&D with LMS CADA-X and Roadrunner multichannel testing systems, CAE software including SYSNOISE, FALANCS and DADS for upfront design analysis, and a range of engineering and support services. Honda R&D will take a pro-active interest in future LMS product developments.
    An official of HONDA R&D Co.'s Tochigi Center commented that "Honda R&D selected LMS because of the fact that the company has state-of-the-art technology and hybrid engineering approaches, which Honda R&D believes the key factors in accelerating automotive design and refinement processes."
