Quixote Corporation Declares Regular Semiannual Dividend

    CHICAGO--Nov. 29, 1999--Quixote Corporation today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared its regular semiannual cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend is payable on January 11, 2000 to all shareholders of record on December 8, 1999.
