Guerriero Joins TI Group as VP of Legal AffairsWARREN, Mich., Nov. 22 -- Tim Guerriero has joined TI Group Automotive Systems as vice president of Legal Affairs, according to Jim Davis, president of TI Group Automotive Systems - North America. Guerriero will be responsible for all aspects of TI Group Automotive Systems' legal affairs worldwide. Guerriero has almost 20 years of legal experience both in private practice and in the automotive industry, previously serving as general counsel to T&N Industries, Inc. and its affiliates. He served as legal counsel with Dana Corporation immediately prior to joining TI Group Automotive Systems. A native of Mason, MI, Guerriero is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a law degree from Wayne State University. He lives in Northville, Michigan. TI Group recently combined Bundy Corporation with Walbro Corporation to form the auto industry's largest supplier of fluid handling systems, including brake, fuel, powertrain and refrigeration systems.
