Oshkosh Truck Prices Common Stock Offering

    OSHKOSH, Wis.--Oshkosh Truck Corporation announced on Friday that it priced an offering of 3.3 million shares of its common stock at a price of $26 per share following the close of business on Thursday, November 18, 1999. The Company increased the size of its offering to 3.3 million shares from an initial expected offering size of 3.0 million shares. The underwriting syndicate, which was led by Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, may also exercise an option to issue an additional 495,000 shares to cover over-allotments of shares. Net proceeds from this issue will be approximately $81,100,000 assuming no exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. The public offering of the shares is expected to close on November 24, 1999.
