AimRite Files Three New Patent Applications Covering Its Revolutionary COAST Suspension Technology

SAN DIEGO--Nov. 18, 1999--AimRite Holdings Corporation (OTCBB:AIMHE) to announce that it has just filed three new patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. These applications cover significant improvements to its revolutionary COAST suspension control system, which is already protected by three existing patents. The titles for these new appellations are "Suspension Control Unit & Control Valve," "Enhanced Computer Optimized Adaptive Suspension System and Method" and "Enhanced Computer Optimized Adaptive Air Spring Suspension." AimRite's patent law firm, Christie, Parker and Hale, located in Pasadena, California, is one of the country's premier patent law firms.
The new filings (combined with the existing patents) will protect AimRite's right to exploit the COAST technology through manufacturing, licensing and/or joint venturing. The filing of these patents, which covers the final production COAST suspension control system, also allows AimRite to disclose and demonstrate the COAST suspension control technology to the automotive industry. AimRite will begin demonstrating the final production COAST suspension control system to General Motors and other major Original Equipment Manufacturing customers starting in December 1999.
COAST (Computer Optimized Adaptive Suspension Technology) is a revolutionary suspension control system that uses Variable Constant Force(TM) to achieve unparalleled ride luxury, safety and performance for virtually all automotive, truck, bus and RV applications. COAST accomplishes all this by eliminating conventional shocks and anti-sway bars and replaces them with simple, but patented and powerful hydraulic suspension control units. The units incorporate extremely powerful and sophisticated patented software to make precision adjustments at each wheel 400 times per second. The result is an electronically controlled suspension system that can optimally control up to nine dynamic areas of suspension performance; including roll, pitch, body motions, wheel motions and bottoming/topping out. AimRite believes that COAST is the most powerful and flexible suspension control system ever developed. And with little or no direct competition, COAST will be sought after well into the next millennium.
