Turbodyne Relocates Corporate Headquarters

    CARPINTERIA, Calif.--Nov. 18, 1999--Turbodyne Technologies Inc. (EASDAQ:TRBD) announced today, that in management's focused pursuit of cost containment, the Company's Corporate Headquarters are being relocated from Woodland Hills, Calif., to Carpinteria, Calif.
