Majestic Files Form 10-SB Registration to Become Fully Reporting
SAN DIEGO--Nov. 17, 1999--The Majestic Companies Ltd. (OTCBB:MJXC) is pleased to announce that on Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, it took the final step towards becoming a fully reporting issuer by filing the company's Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.Francis Zubrowski, Majestic's chairman and chief executive officer stated: "The filing of the Form 10-SB represents a significant step forward in the evolution of The Majestic Companies Ltd. as it provides for broad disclosure of the company's operations and financial information to the NASD member firms that make a market in the company's stock, as well as the growing pool of individual investors that perform their own due diligence and investment research."
