    EL CAJON, Calif.--Nov. 16, 1999--World Transport Authority (WTA) is pleased to announce the shipment of tow factories to CBN Philippines Inc., the WTA Master License Holder for the Republic of the Philippines.
    The freight container departed the WTA El Cajon facility last Friday and will set sail from Long Beach Harbor on November 17, 1999. Due to arrive in Manila on December 11 1999, the factories will be installed at Air Force City,CLARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE. Pampanga, Philippines. Both factories will be operational by the first week of January and will represent, with assoicated licenses, revenues of $860,000 for WTA.
    The first factory to be installed will be manufacturing and distribution facilitiy, designed for the production of the WorldStar vehicle for sale and use in the Republic of the Phillippines will supply the Far East and Asian Pacific Rim countries.
    The SALAKOT MULTI-PRUPOSE COOPERATIVE, a co-op composed of active duty and retired military officers of the Philippines Air Force, holds exclusive rights for all concessions within the boundaries of the high profile CLARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE. The SALAKOT group will assume marketing and sales responsibility for the military, police and selected major utility companies of the Philippines.
