Tire Warehouse Implements Innovative Customer Service Solution From Linx Communications
   Interactive Voice Response System Assists Customers in Finding Retailer
                  Locations Across New England and New York

    NEWTON, Mass., Nov. 16 -- Linx Communications, Inc., a

and auto dealers, has implemented an innovative Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) solution from Linx that allows customers to find and connect with more
than 50 retail locations throughout New England and New York.
    Using Linx' LinxOffice(TM) Automated Attendant as an outsourced IVR
solution, Tire Warehouse provides a single toll-free number for customer
inquiries that interactively guides customers to the closest store location
and to a full product directory.  Previously, Tire Warehouse had to manage
separate phone numbers for each of its locations.  Linx ties all its stores
together into a single number, allowing Tire Warehouse to be more efficient
and cost effective in its customer service and support efforts.
