Strat@comm Selected by AAA to Help Promote Top Car AwardsWASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Strat@comm, a full-service, national public relations firm based in Washington, D.C., was selected by AAA national to help promote its annual "Top Car Awards." The AAA Top Car Awards will be announced at a press conference on December 22 in Washington, D.C. in conjunction with the Washington, D.C. auto show. Strat@comm will be producing and distributing a Video News Release and an Audio News Release highlighting this year's winning models in thirteen categories as a means to enhance media exposure for the awards program and winners. "We are pleased to once again be helping our long-time client AAA as well as many of the automakers we have worked with in the past," said Ron DeFore, a Strat@comm principal. Strat@comm has provided media relations and video production services to AAA and its foundation on a number of other efforts including its "Clearing the Air" report, "License to Learn" program, and for the past six years, the Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills Competition. Strat@comm has for many years been a leader in transportation public affairs, providing a range of services to clients in the fields of environment, energy, safety, and highway infrastructure.
