American Quantum Cycles Establishes Co-Marketing Relationship With Decoma International, Inc.
MELBOURNE, Fla.--Nov. 10, 1999--American Quantum Cycles Inc. (AMEX: AFV), today announced that it is working with Decoma International of Troy, Michigan.Decoma is a leading OE exterior automotive manufacturing company. Working with American Quantum Cycles, Decoma has matched AFV's heavyweight cruiser motorcycle with its GMC's GMT 800 truck. The GMT 800 is a four-wheel drive, short bed truck featuring GMC's Vortex V-8 engine. AFV has produced a custom-painted motorcycle using the GMT 800 color options and was featured in the Avery Dennison booth at the annual SEMA (Specialty Equipment Marketing Association) Show in Las Vegas, this past weekend.
Avery Dennison , is a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company whose pressure-sensitive technology is used in a wide range of products for consumer and industrial markets. These include Avery-brand office automated products, Fasson-brand self-adhesive materials, peel-and-stick postage stamps, battery labels, automated retail tags and labeling systems, and specialty tapes and chemicals.
The SEMA show is consumer oriented and focuses on leisure and work technology/vehicles and drew over 175,000. The SEMA show is the first of a number of shows and events in which AFV's Liberty Cruiser will be matched and co-marketed with Decoma's GMC truck in the coming twelve months.
