Richard Kesterke has joined the company as its Director of Operations.
Previously, Kesterke was manager of the Automotive Technical Services
Department at California State Automobile Association (CSAA) based out of
San Francisco. CSAA, the Northern California, Nevada and Utah affiliate of

Repair program doubled and vehicle pricing and purchasing programs were
introduced.
"The leadership and experience Richard brings to Greenslip are critical to
this organization," said Ilan Serero, CEO of Greenslip. "His in-depth
understanding of customer needs and market trends will contribute greatly to
our overall growth strategy and future success."
"I am very pleased to join Greenslip, where I can apply my experience in
managing and building automotive service organizations to the new Internet
e-commerce markets," said Kesterke.
Prior to his tenure at CSAA, Kesterke worked as an automotive engineer at
General Motors, where he was primarily involved in engine design/development
and vehicle exhaust emissions reduction. He was responsible for compliance
with California exhaust emission standards for Chevrolet products.
Kesterke has an engineering degree from Kettering Institute, in Flint,
