Carlisle Companies Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

    SYRACUSE, N.Y.--November 3, 1999--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated declared a regular quarterly dividend on common stock of $.18 per share.
    The dividend will be payable December 1, 1999 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 1999.
    Carlisle is a diversified manufacturer of products serving four major markets: construction materials, industrial components, automotive components and general industry.
