Top Driver Acquires Mr. Zip's Driving School; Leadership Position Established in Novice Driver Education
    AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 3 -- Top Driver, the nation's fastest
growing driver education company, today announced that it has purchased the
11-school chain of Mr. Zip's Driving Schools ("Mr. Zip's") based in Akron,
Ohio.  Since June 1999, the Company has been on a torrid expansion pace and
management believes that, with this most recent acquisition, Top Driver is now
the largest novice driving school in the United States.
    "Mark Zipay, owner of Mr. Zip's, has established a dominant presence in
the greater Akron market over the last 22 years," stated Sebastian Giordano,

    In response to the acquisition, Mr. Zipay indicated that he "always

    Mr. Zip's maintains 11 locations in Akron, Alliance, Austintown, Boardman,
Canton, Gerard, Kent, Niles, Salem, East Liverpool and Fairlawn.
    With 44 locations in Connecticut, New Jersey, Ohio and Indiana, Top Driver
employs the latest technology in touch-screen computer training, multimedia
classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching in late model vehicles.  It is
the first to deliver standardized curriculum with automobile product and
service information, MetLife Auto insurance services, driving accessories and
Department of Motor Vehicle services.
