Mercedes-Benz Credit Signs on for Fair, Isaac's ScoreNet Service
    SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Nov. 2 -- Mercedes-Benz Credit
Corporation, a diversified financial services provider within DaimlerChrysler
Services, signed on to use ScoreNet(R) Service from Fair, Isaac and Company,
Inc., .  The Mercedes-Benz Credit Corp. Car Division portfolio,
which comprises nearly $10 billion and 300,000 accounts, will use ScoreNet to
obtain auto-adjusted credit bureau scores and to enhance its risk management
decisions on auto loans and leases.
    ScoreNet Service gives credit grantors, such as mortgage lenders, credit
card issuers and finance companies, more time to manage their portfolios by
streamlining the time-consuming tasks of obtaining, auditing and processing
credit bureau information, including:  risk, revenue, attrition, collection,
and bankruptcy scores.
