The Majestic Companies Ltd. Begins the SAFE-T-TOUR Today

    DENVER--Nov. 2, 1999--The Majestic Companies Ltd. (OTCBB:MJXC) has begun its SAFE-T-TOUR today at Denver's "National Association of Pupil Transportation Conference" (NAPT).
    The Conference, held November 2nd and 3rd, will include Majestic's school bus, which is outfitted with the company's patent pending SAFE-T-BAR(TM) safety restraint.
    The Majestic Companies Ltd. will be in New Orleans November 3rd through November 7th. The company will have the SAFE-T-BAR on display at Jim Blanchard's New Orleans' Investment Conference. Many consider the Blanchard Conference to be the "Grand Daddy" of Investment Conferences. Last year the dignitaries included the Hon. Margaret Thatcher and Milton Freidman. This year, Charlton Heston will be among the high net worth, accredited investors.
    In addition, Majestic Transportation is looking to begin pilot programs for the SAFE-T-BAR in New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, Delaware, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Illinois.
