AimRite's Form 10SB Will Be Reviewed By The SEC Soon
SAN DIEGO--Nov. 2, 1999--AimRite Holdings Corporation (OTCBB:AIMH) has filed form 10sb with the SEC.Unfortunately the SEC has not yet officially recognized the filing and the NASD requires the SEC to reach a no comment on the filing in order to allow AimRite to re-list on the OTC-BB Exchange. AimRite has been assigned a SEC regulator and expects to have this process satisfied very soon.
AimRite wants current and future investors to understand that the company is aggressively pursuing the OTC-BB re-listing and expects that this will happen immediately upon the regulator's approval.
Furthermore AimRite is excited about the continued progress of COAST(TM) and expects to offer updates on the new facility, installation, OEM relationship soon.
COAST (Computer Optimized Adaptive Suspension Technology) is a revolutionary suspension control system that uses Variable Constant Force(TM) to achieve unparalleled ride luxury, safety and performance for virtually all automotive, truck, bus and RV applications. COAST accomplishes all this by eliminating conventional shocks and anti-sway bars and replaces them with simple, but patented and powerful hydraulic suspension control units. The units incorporate extremely powerful and sophisticated patented software to make precision adjustments at each wheel 400 times per second. The result is an electronically controlled suspension system that can optimally control up to nine dynamic areas of suspension performance; including roll, pitch, body motions, wheel motions and bottoming/topping out. AimRite believes that COAST is the most powerful and flexible suspension control system ever developed. And with little or no direct competition, COAST will be sought after well into the next millennium.
