Standard Motor Products Quarterly Dividend Nine Cents Per Share

    NEW YORK--Oct. 25, 1999--The Board of Directors of Standard Motor Products Inc. today announced a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share on the common stock outstanding.
    The dividend will be paid on Dec. 1, 1999, to stockholders of record Nov. 15, 1999.
    Standard Motor Products Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of automotive replacement parts.
