American Quantum Cycles Adds Legendary Race Car Driver A.J. Foyt to Board of Directors

    MELBOURNE, Fla.--Oct. 25, 1999--American Quantum Cycles Inc. (AMEX:AFV), today announced that A.J. Foyt has agreed to join their Board of Directors.
    A.J. Foyt, the only four-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, is also the owner of the Power Team car that won the 1998 Indy Race League and the 1999 Indianapolis 500 with driver Kenny Brack.
    In addition to joining the Board, Foyt will also continue his National Master Distributor role with American Quantum Cycles. Foyt will be promoting AFV products Nationally including participating in commercials, speaking engagements and other venues, as well as working to increase dealership sales and consumer awareness of AFV products.
