United Recyclers Group, LLC Celebrates 100th Pinnacle Installation at Shaw Auto Parts, Inc.

    DENVER, Oct. 22 - United Recyclers Group (URG) and Actual
Systems of America (ASA) today announced an important milestone in the
deployment of the Pinnacle(TM) Auto Recycling Trading System.  With the
installation of the Pinnacle(TM) at Shaw Auto Parts in Pocatello, Idaho, ASA
has now completed 100 installations of the Pinnacle(TM) Auto Recycling Trading
System (PARTS) and has over 110 sites running Pinnacle products throughout the
United States.
    Pinnacle is a recycler inventory management system that was designed by
URG and developed by ASA.  This software allows recyclers to take advantage of
modern technologies that were previously unavailable to them such as digital
imaging (of parts), bar coding, automatic pricing, real time reporting, and
many other recycler-designed features.
    Larry Shaw, owner of Shaw Auto Parts said, "One reason we switched to
Pinnacle is that they implemented changes to the software in a shorter period
of time than we ever believed possible based on our past experience.  This is
the really exciting thing about the Pinnacle.  Instead of years of waiting for
new products, it now takes only a few months or less!   The future looks very

Systems of America (the software developer) said, "It is so exciting to see

people doubted a group of auto recyclers could ever achieve something like
this but we've managed to create an inventory management system controlled by
auto recyclers with an impressive customer base!"
    The development of Pinnacle is a joint venture between Actual Systems of
America and the United Recyclers Group, LLC (URG).  URG is a group of 350 auto
recyclers throughout the U.S. and Canada that participate in many joint
programs including co-op buying, group advertising, shared training, and the
leading edge development of the Pinnacle System.
    Actual Systems developed the Pinnacle(TM) based on specifications that
were laid out by Partners of URG.  Armando Kellum of ASA said, "I think one
reason we've had so much success is that this system was completely designed
by auto recyclers who know what they need from an inventory management system
and not by a group of computer programmers."
