Prolong International Corporation Fills New Executive Positions
IRVINE, Calif. International Corporation (Amex:PRL) today announced that it has appointed Thomas Iwanski to the newly created positions of Senior Vice President Corporate Development and Chief Operating Officer.Mr. Iwanski, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, worked approximately ten years with the public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he rose to the position of senior manager in the firm's audit department. Later Mr. Iwanski became Corporate Controller of Wahlco Environmental Systems, Inc., a NYSE-listed company with international operations. Mr. Iwanski then served as Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Computer Marketplace, Inc. a Nasdaq-listed company. Most recently he was Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Nasdaq-listed NetVantage, Inc., where, in addition to accounting, investor relations and reporting responsibilities, he was involved in budgeting and strategic financial planning.

Prolong International Corporation, through Prolong Super Lubricants, its operating subsidiary, markets and distributes patented premium car care lubricants and appearance products for automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
