Mitsubishi Motors Honors Top Dealers with Diamond Chapter of Excellence Awards

          Dealers Earn High Marks in Sales, Service and Satisfaction

    CYPRESS, Calif., Oct. 14 -- Brilliance, like the shine of a
well-cut diamond, can also be found in the multi-faceted success of Mitsubishi
Motors dealers.  To recognize this commitment to excellence, Mitsubishi Motor
Sales of America, Inc. (MMSA) has created the Diamond Chapter of Excellence
Awards.
    These prestigious awards are given annually to outstanding dealers who
have achieved high rankings in sales, service and parts operations through
customer-friendly retail practices.  Membership in the Diamond Chapter of
Excellence Society is based on measurable success factors such as high
customer satisfaction.
    "The Diamond Chapter of Excellence Society encourages all dealership
personnel to be top performers in every aspect of the sales experience," said
Pierre Gagnon, executive vice president and chief operating officer for MMSA.
