Highlighting Nissan's corporate display will be four new models modified by outside suppliers: a 2000 Maxima SE built by Eibach, a 2000 Frontier Crew Cab SE by Popular Mechanics Magazine, a 2000 Xterra by Overlander Outfitters and a 1999.5 Pathfinder SE by HKS U.S.A., Inc. Official Nissan parts and accessories will also be shown at the display. "The SEMA Show is the perfect place to give the aftermarket a closer look at our products," said Jed Connelly, vice president and general manager, Nissan Division. "The show creates an environment that can help bring our new products to a new dimension and at the same time can help position the Sentra as a product ripe for aftermarket personalization." Nissan will give the aftermarket a sneak peek of the 2000 Sentra at a "measuring session" on Tuesday, November 2, in order to display the customization potential of the all-new vehicle. Sentra will make its public debut at the 2000 North American International Auto Show in Detroit in early January. Nissan also has provided 17 vehicles to additional aftermarket manufacturers and publications, in addition to bringing five in-house projects and two concept vehicles that were stars of the 1999 Auto Show circuit, the Z Concept and SUT Concept vehicles.
