Pollution Research and Control Corp. Announces Subsidiary Roles for China Market
GLENDALE, Calif.--Oct. 13, 1999--A.E. Gosselin Jr., president and chief executive officer of Pollution Research and Control Corp. , announced today that "Two of the Company's 100% owned, dormant subsidiaries are being revived and retrofitted to each focus on expanded Company areas of business in China. Logan Medical Devices Inc. (LMD), a Colorado corporation, will be renamed Dasibi Aeron Inc. (DAI) and will attempt to market motor vehicle emission compliance programs and equipment to China's 30 provinces. Nutek Corp. will be renamed Dasibi Logan Technologies Inc. (DLT) and will attempt to market a non-invasive asthma evaluation instrument along with a newly developed `real time' benzene monitor into the overall China market." (a)Gosselin added: "We plan to expand the shareholder's ability to follow the progress of the Company's subsidiaries. As of today the shareholder can visit www.Dasibi.com to stay abreast of Dasibi Environmental Corp. (DEC) activities in its current five million dollar contract in China. Similar sites will be initiated for DAI and DLT as progress dictates."
Pollution Research and Control Corp. primarily designs, manufactures and markets air pollution measurement instruments nationally and internationally, through its wholly owned subsidiary Dasibi Environmental Corp.
