American Technologies Group Inc. Signs Agreement With FNG & Associates Inc.

    MONROVIA, Calif.--Oct. 11, 1999--American Technologies Group Inc. (ATG) (OTCBB:ATEG) Monday announced the signing of a financial public relations agreement with FNG & Associates Inc.
    As a follow-on to the company's divestiture of non-core operations and redefinition as a firm focused on development and commercialization, ATG has retained FNG to more widely disseminate the story of ATG.
    FNG & Associates will introduce the company to an expanded field of representatives of the financial community including broker/dealers, institutional investors, market makers, analysts and investment advisors.
    ATG is an advanced technology company involved in the development of its IE(TM) catalyst, low temperature vacuum distillation water-purification, and particle beam technologies. In addition, The Force(R) airborne combustion enhancer, is an automotive product currently on the market that is useful in reducing emissions and boosting fuel economy.
    Lawrence J. Brady, ATG's chief executive officer, said that ATG has finally divested itself of its non-core business and is totally focused on developing and getting its products to market. The company is positioned to have its technologies utilized as an integral component in industrial products.
    FNG & Associates will assist ATG in carrying the company's message to the financial community. "I expect great things to happen through this new relationship," Brady said.
