"We'll also continue to fulfill requests for printed material, but starting today, investors and all interested parties can retrieve and review the same information on-line, in real time." Meritor based the design of its new website upon extensive research with professional and individual investors. Some of the site's special features include: downloadable financial statements and recent management presentations; a history of investor-relevant company news releases; an investor fact sheet; shareowner services information; and, a form to provide an email address for delivery of future news and notices.
