    DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--Oct. 6, 1999--Bullhide Corporation (OTC BB:BULHE) announced today that it filed its Form 10-SB on October 1, 1999. While Bullhide now expects to lose its eligibility for the OTC Bulletin Board for a short period of time, it expects to be reinstated by NASD on or before November 30, 1999. This will allow it the time necessary to clear any comments from the SEC.
