Top Driver Acquires Certified Driving School
Latest Indiana Acquisition Enhances State Saturation

HIGHLAND, Ind., Oct. 6 -- Top Driver, the nation's fastest
growing driver education company, today announced it has purchased Certified
Driving School, with two locations, based in Highland, Indiana. This
acquisition follows the recent opening of a new training in Evansville and the
purchase of The Driving Institute based in Avon, a suburb of Indianapolis,
bringing the total of Top Driver locations in Indiana to six.
"With locations throughout Indiana, Top Driver now covers more territory
than any other commercial driver education company in the state," stated
Sebastian Giordano, chief operating officer for Top Driver.
Founded by owner Jerry Mazur in 1972, Certified Driving School teaches
2,000 drivers a year. "What attracted me to Top Driver was its intense
commitment to improve the quality of driver education and training unlike any
other company in the industry," said Mazur "I saw a merger with Top Driver as
the best way to raise the level of training and service, not only within my
school, but throughout the entire state as well."
With 28 locations in Connecticut, New Jersey, Ohio and Indiana, Top Driver
employs the latest technology in touch-screen computer training, multimedia
classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching in late model vehicles. It is
the first to deliver standardized curriculum with automobile product and
service information, auto insurance services, driving accessories and
Department of Motor Vehicle services.
