Norton Motorcycles, Inc. Moves to Production Phase
    MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 4 -- Norton Motorcycles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: NRTN) moves from concept to production phase with
announcement of Vehicle Engineering Firm and Supply Chain Manager.
    Norton has entered into an agreement with U.K. firm Vepro, Ltd.
( http://www.vepro.co.uk ) to prepare the Company's motorcycles for production
in the areas of vehicle engineering and homologation. Vepro has recently
worked with both Triumph and Excelsior-Henderson in a similar capacity.
    Norton Motorcycles has also appointed Richard Adams its new Supply Chain
Manager. Mr. Adams was Purchasing Manager at Excelsior-Henderson and has been
with the company since 1997 where he was responsible for the sourcing and
supply management  for their Super X motorcycle.
    Headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minn., Norton Motorcycles, Inc. is
presently engaged in the reintroduction and production of the famous British
motorcycle brand "Norton" and the marketing of related products throughout the
world. All of the products will be sold under the famous "Norton" brand-name,
which will provide these products with worldwide appeal and brand recognition
