Dollar Rent A Car Offers TWA(R) Aviators and Delta AirLines SkyMiles Members Bonus Miles

    TULSA, Okla., Sept. 30 -- Dollar Rent A Car is offering
double miles to all Trans World Airlines (TWA) Aviators(SM) members who rent a
mid-size car or larger for two or more days, and triple miles to all Delta
AirLines SkyMiles(R) members who rent a mid-size car or larger for three or
more days through January 31, 2000.  This offer is good at any participating
DOLLAR(R) location in the United States or Canada.*
    Aviators members need only mention "T1099" and SkyMiles members need only
mention "D1099" when making reservations to receive their bonus miles.  This
bonus offer applies to leisure rates only.  For reservations and restrictions,

travel agent or the DOLLAR reservations number at 800-800-4000.
    *Inserts that members received in their October statements must be
surrendered at the time of rental. These bonus mile offers are available for
rentals from October 1, 1999 through January 31, 2000, with the exception of
11/24/99 - 11/27/99 and 12/16/99 - 12/31/99.  Holiday and other blackout
periods and certain renter qualifications may apply.  These offers cannot be
combined with any other offers.  Taxes, surcharges, additional drivers fee and
optional items such as refueling are extra.  Certain rental rates may not
qualify for frequent flyer miles.  Frequent flyer awards are subject to a
$.50/transaction tax recovery surcharge.  All standard TWA Aviators and Delta
