SDRC Completes Acquisition of TD Technologies, Inc.

    CINCINNATI--Sept. 29, 1999--SDRC , a leading global supplier of enterprise product development solutions and developer of I-DEAS(R) and Metaphase(R) Enterprise(TM) product data management (PDM) software, today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of TD Technologies, Inc. of Richardson, TX. TD Technologies is the second SDRC acquisition to close in this quarter, having completed the acquisition of Enterprise Software Products, Inc. of Exton, PA earlier this month.
