Top Driver Acquires Dual Control Driving School; Second Major New Jersey Acquisition Strengthens State Presence
    ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Sept. 29 -- Top Driver, the nation's
fastest growing driver education company, announced today that it has
purchased Dual Control Driving School based in Cherry Hill, NJ.  This
acquisition follows the recent purchase of the Taggart's Driving School based
in East Brunswick, NJ.
    "As part of its 50 year legacy, Dual Control has built and maintained a
strong presence in the southern half of New Jersey and it is an excellent
compliment to the Taggart acquisition," stated Sebastian Giordano, chief

    In connection with the acquisition of Dual Control comes four successful
driving schools including Harbor Driving School; Linda's Driving School,
Millie's Driving School and Dual Control Driving School itself.
    With more than 30 years of experience in the driver training industry, Fox
currently serves as President of the Driving School Association of New Jersey
and will join Top Driver as its Director of Operations for the state.
