Power and Associates Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study, the Saab 9-5 finished among the top three in the Entry Luxury segment -- an impressive showing for the Saab 9-5 in its first year in the study. The J.D. Power and Associates' APEAL Study has become a benchmark for measuring the appeal of new vehicles and the features that excite owners. It measures how satisfied customers are with over one hundred attributes of their vehicle including powertrain, exterior and interior design and more.
