    WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Sept. 27 -- World premier Internet auto
parts retailer Wrenchead.com launches full e-commerce operations, adds nearly
100 new product lines and redesigns the site using customer feedback.  It was
announced today by Gus Conrades, CEO of Wrenchead.com.

retailing and this initial platform expands product selection, adding nearly
100 new product lines, which will be fully integrated into the Wrenchead.com

    Wrenchead.com catalogs over 1.5 million SKU's including replacement parts,
and the hottest selling truck and sport compact accessories, all accessible by
logging-on to http://www.wrenchead.com.
    Previously announced on September 13th, Wrenchead.com entered into an
agreement with Nichols Publications to provide the 140 volumes of Chilton's
Total Car Care series on automotive maintenance and repair (Repair Procedures
Information or RPI) information on-line.
    On August 16th, the CBS Corporation acquired a 22% equity
stake in Wrenchead.com, Inc.  In exchange, Wrenchead.com will receive
$33 million of advertising, promotion and other consideration, over a term of
four years, across CBS's media.  These properties include television, radio
and outdoor.  Infinity Broadcasting Corporation , the Company's
majority-owned out-of-home media subsidiary, will receive a pro rata share of
the investment.
