Former President of General Motors Europe Elected to Board of Directors

POWERWAY, Inc. Elects Former President of General Motors Europe, Richard M. Donnelly, to Board of Directors
    INDIANAPOLIS -- POWERWAY, Inc., an Indianapolis-based compliance management 
software, training, and consulting solutions provider, announced today the 
appointment of Richard M. Donnelly to the company's Board of Directors.  The 
appointment of Mr. Donnelly, who served as President of General Motors Europe 
(GME) from 1995 to 1998, was unanimously approved at a meeting of POWERWAY's 
Board of Directors held on August 17.

    "We are very pleased to have Dick Donnelly join our Board of Directors,"
said Mike Campbell, President and CEO of POWERWAY.  "His appointment is a
major step for POWERWAY as it will strengthen the board at a critical time
prior to our anticipated public offering next year.  Donnelly's prominence in
the automotive industry and his global business experience will provide
benefits to POWERWAY in many ways, especially as we endeavor to expand in our
domestic and overseas automotive markets."

    As President of General Motors Europe, Donnelly had profit and loss
responsibility for a business with annual revenues of $25 billion, 80,000
employees, production in 11 countries, and annual sales of 1.9 million
vehicles in 42 countries.  Donnelly also served as Chairman of GM's European
Strategy Board and as a member of GM's Global and International Strategy
Boards.  In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Saab Automobile
and Isuzu Motors, Donnelly has extensive experience in lean manufacturing,
including his experience as Director of Manufacturing for Isuzu in Japan.

    In 1999, Donnelly became a consultant focusing on strategies for
manufacturing, restructuring, and globalization.  He is a graduate engineer
from Kettering University, attended advanced courses at Harvard, and holds an
MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
