DENVER--(AutomotiveWire)--Sept. 22, 1999--EWRX (OTC BB:EWRX) (pronounced E-works) Internet Systems Inc. (www.ewrx.com) is pleased to announce it has entered into a contract with Online Auction Provider Fairmarket Inc. of Woburn, Massachusetts. EWRX and Fairmarket will immediately begin the development of auctions at two EWRX owned websites, Classicar.com and Classictruckshop.com, the largest Internet communities within their respective markets.Fairmarket recently announced-in conjunction with Microsoft, Lycos and Excite, a relationship that creates an online auction network reaching more than 46 million unduplicated visitors or 73.3% of all Internet users.

"As a provider and owner of high traffic virtual community websites, EWRX sees the Fairmarket Auction Network as a key component in our goal to create the premier Specialty Automotive City on the internet," says Ron Davis, President & CEO of EWRX. "Over the last several months we have been evaluating a number of options regarding online auctions. Fairmarket represents the kind of broad base auction service we have been looking for. Not only will this alignment expose our family of Specialty Automotive web-communities to tens of millions of additional e-commerce shoppers and users at a fraction of the cost of building, maintaining and servicing our own auction website, it also broadens our market from selling cars and trucks to auctioning a wide variety of Specialty Automotive related products and services which we will have available when we introduce our new Classicar.com website the first week of November in Las Vegas. This represents another major cornerstone in meeting the objectives of our business plan and will soon become part of our Specialty Automotive vertical portal or digital city called Motorwrx.com, which is under construction and scheduled to be launched into cyberspace in late '99, early 2000."
