Parametric Technology Corporation Partners with Kid Jensen Racing
WALTHAM, Mass.--Sept. 21, 1999--Parametric Technology Corporation today announced it has formed a technical partnership with Kid Jensen Racing of Hampshire, England. Kid Jensen Racing is one of the leading teams in the 1999 Formula 3000 International Championship with French driver Nicolas Minassian currently ranking fourth in the Drivers Championship.Through its sister company, Pro-Tech Motorsport Ltd., Kid Jensen Racing is heavily involved in new design projects using the PTC i-Series, including Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA. Pro-Tech Motorsport Ltd. currently has an exclusive contract with the AC Car Group Limited for the design and production of carbon fiber bodyshells for the new AC Cobra Mk IV Carbon Road Series (CRS) to be launched in October.
