DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--Sept. 21, 1999--Bullhide Corporation (OTC BB:BULHE) announced today that it fully intends to comply with the National Association of Securities Dealers' (NASD) reporting requirements for OTC Bulletin Board companies.On September 7, 1999, the NASD appended Bullhide's trading symbol with an "E", which indicates that Bullhide has not yet filed its Form 10-SB. Bullhide must do so within thirty days of having its symbol appended with the "E" in order to continue being quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Bullhide is confident that it will meet the reporting requirements within the requisite time frame. "Bullhide's SEC counsel is working diligently to complete Bullhide's Form 10-SB and they intend to file this week. Although we have experienced some delay in filing, Bullhide expects that it will clear SEC's comments by its due date of October 7, 1999. In the unlikely event that it does not meet this deadline and is no longer eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board, Bullhide will continue to respond to any SEC comments as quickly as possible in order to reinstate its trading authority on the OTC Bulletin Board", stated W.
