Terion Gains FCC Approval
MELBOURNE, Fla., Sept. 20 -- Terion is proud to announce
successful completion of an essential element in its product development,
receiving type approval of its unique two-way data communication transceiver
from the United States Federal Communications Commission.
"This FCC approval opens the door to a new alternative in mobile
communication," said Timothy Leuliette, Terion Chairman and CEO. "Terion's
hardware, software applications and network operations center will make
two-way messaging affordable for many truck fleets that have not been able to
justify the high cost of older systems. We also see a wide range of
applications for this technology in other industries."
The FCC type approval of Terion's two-way communications transceiver
advances Terion's product development and introduction of a mobile
communications system that combines the simplicity of email, the reliability
of FM radio and the sophistication of digital high frequency (DHF) technology
to offer a highly effective information management solution.
Headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, Terion, Inc. provides industry
leading information solutions using two way wireless communications. The

nationwide backup communication system. Terion has adapted the technology to
a commercial application that provides a low cost communication alternative
with comprehensive geographic coverage. The Company is currently focusing its
product development and business strategy toward meeting the needs of
transportation customers.
Terion's investors and strategic partners include Penske Capital Partners,
Delphi Automotive Systems, Detroit Diesel Corporation, KteCom, LLC, a company
affiliated with Knight Transportation, HVFM-II, LP in which Harris Corporation
is the major investor and Madison Venture Corporation of Vancouver, Canada.
The Company's goal is to combine the best People, Products and Partners to
offer its customers world class wireless information solutions.
