Dollar Offers United Mileage Plus and Continental Airlines OnePass Members Double Bonus Miles

    TULSA, Okla., Sept. 20 -- Dollar Rent A Car is offering
double bonus miles to all United Airlines Mileage Plus(R) members who rent a
mid-size car or larger for two or more days through January 31, 2000.*  Dollar
is also offering double bonus miles to all Continental Airlines(R) OnePass(R)
members who rent a mid-size car or larger for three or more days through
December 15, 1999.*
    Mileage Plus members need only mention "UA999" and OnePass members need
only mention "CO999" when making reservations, to receive their bonus miles.
This bonus offer applies to leisure rates only and is available at
participating U.S. and Canadian locations. For DOLLAR(R) reservations and
restrictions, Mileage Plus and OnePass members can book online at dollar.com,
or call their travel agent or the DOLLAR reservations number at 800-800-4000.
     *Inserts that members received in their September statements must be
surrendered at the time of rental.  Blackout periods for Mileage Plus members
are November 24 through November 27, 1999, and December 26 through
December 31.  Blackout periods for OnePass members are November 24 through
November 27, 1999.  These offers cannot be combined with any other offers.
Certain rental rates may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.  Frequent flyer
awards are subject to a $.50/transaction tax recovery surcharge.  All standard
