New Hires Bring Proven Industry Experience to Company as it Continues
                          Aggressive Growth Strategy

CHICAGO, Sept. 14 -- Proamics Corporation, a leading provider
of professional services automation solutions, announced today that it has
expanded its North American sales force with the addition of ten new sales
professionals, including a vice president-level position for the sales
division. The appointments reflect the success and widespread acceptance of
the Proamics business solution in the marketplace, as well as the company's
plans for continued growth and expansion.
Leading the new sales team is David Ward, who was named vice president of
sales, North America. Ward, an 18-year software and computer industry veteran
will have responsibilities including overseeing the entire North American
sales team, as well as leading the ongoing growth of Proamics direct sales
operations. Prior to joining Proamics, Ward was the area director for Geac

systems solutions to large and medium sized corporations. At Geac, Ward was
the area director for Geac's Southern and Caribbean operations.
"David Ward brings a new level of experience and leadership to our sales
team," stated Malcom Lotzof, president of Proamics. "We are certain that his
proven track record will significantly impact our sales operation and provide
our company with a strategic focus in this crucial area."
"I am extremely excited to be joining a company that is on the rise and
ideally positioned for long-term success," said Ward. "From a sales
perspective, the Proamics business solution is unmatched in the marketplace,
and I look forward to working with the entire team as we explore new channels
for our product and increase our marketshare across our target markets."
In addition to Ward's appointment, Proamics also announced the expansion
of sales professionals in the Northeast and Southern U.S. regions.
According to Drew VanVooren, executive vice president of sales and
marketing at Proamics, the expansion of the company's sales force reflects the
desire to have all the necessary elements in place to ensure that Proamics is
well-positioned for future growth and expansion. "As the professional
services automation market becomes increasingly more competitive, we are
committed to maintaining and extending our industry presence in all regions of
the country," VanVooren said. "We are confident that Dave and the new members
of his team will add a tremendous boost to this part of our business, as we
solidify and extend the Proamics brand in the marketplace."
