Dana Corporation to Supply ABS for New BMW MotorcyclesTOLEDO, Ohio, Sept. 13 -- Dana Corporation has been chosen to supply the anti-lock braking systems (ABS) for all BMW motorcycles, including the new K1200LT luxury motorcycle. The ABS will feature Dana's Mark II technology and will be manufactured by Dana's FTE Automotive group in Ebern, Germany. "The Mark II ABS provides high comfort combined with maximum deceleration and vehicle stability on all road surfaces," said Bernhard Fischenich, vice president and general manager of FTE Automotive. "It features high durability under the most severe driving conditions.
